Maintain and assist in the restoration of the mental and physical health of a patient.

Inspect and change dressings.

Light housekeeping and meal preparation.

Provide patients and families with emotional support.

Provide companionship for the patient, which can include reading to patients and scheduling planned activities with the patient.

Perform a variety of tasks as requested by client such as running errands and message therapy.

Accompany patient to doctors' appointments and provide transportation on other trips outside the home.

Provide ambulation and transfer assistance.

Assist patients in range of motion excercises.
