To serve our geriatric population, not excluding the disabled with dignity, understanding, compassion and care, maintaining the independence of our patients in the comforts of their own home.

SmartChoice will accommodate and service our geriatric population by providing quality, bonded and insured male or female Home Health Aides, and Companions who will be evaluated on a regular basis to ensure client needs are continually met.

The Agency will focus on maintaining a consistent interaction with its clients, developing a mutual rapport of trust and respect that will enable SmartChoice to actively voice through Community Council Groups, Medical Institutions the current needs and concerns of the elderly.

The Agency will educate and encourage our neighbors and the youth of today, to actively be aware of health issues that are involved with maintaining independence and self worth, preparing them today for a healthier tomorrow, regardless of their social economic background, age, race, creed or color.
